Seed Keeping and an Exploration of Corn

Join gardeners River and Rose for an exploration of seed keeping, focusing on corn, beans, and squash.
We will learn practical knowledge for seed keeping, as well as the cultural, societal, and ecological underpinnings of such practices over time.
In addition, we will learn about the nixtamalization of corn seed, and make tortillas!
