This form is for Primary Gardeners to register for their garden plot(s). Primary Gardeners are responsible for registration, fees, and ensuring that community service hours are completed and reported. There is one Primary Gardener per plot. Secondary Gardeners should not complete this form.

GFN’s FEE STRUCTURE reflects our commitment to enabling food and land access for all. To build a strong garden community, we welcome gardeners of varying abilities, incomes, and cultural backgrounds. We prioritize BIPOC gardeners, gardeners from systemically marginalized communities, and those experiencing economic hardship. So that money isn’t a barrier to growing food, we offer a sliding fee scale starting at $0 and allow gardeners from those communities to choose a fee that works for them.
