We are excited to announce another series of outdoor workshops at the Giving Garden, for youth ages 8-12!
Garden Tie-Dye, Sunday, June 27, 10-11:30am – At our outdoor tie-dyeing workshop, we will teach you how to use flowers and other natural materials to color t-shirts and handkerchiefs. Fabric and all other materials will be provided!
Flower Pressing and Printing, Thursday, Jules 8, 4-5:30pm – Make cards, posters, and more! We will use multiple methods to create beautiful garden art, including flower pounding, pressing, and printing on photosensitive paper.
Harvest Salad, Sunday, July 11, 10-11:30am – Garden vegetables like cucumbers and tomatoes will be ripe for harvest in mid-summer, so come to the Giving Garden to help us prepare a tasty salad (with dressing).
Outdoor Crafts, Thursday, July 22, 4-5:30pm – Join us for an afternoon of nature crafts, outdoor games, and gardening together!
