Emily is serving as one of the 2018 summer interns at Grow Food Northampton. She is currently enrolled at Smith College where she is majoring in Environmental Science and Policy and a concentration in Sustainable Food. In the fall of 2017, Emily was a work-study student at Grow Food Northampton and then spent her spring semester abroad; now she has returned now as an intern. Throughout the past years Emily has explored her interest in youth farm education and spent a summer WWOOFing at Sylvester Manor Educational Farm in New York. This summer she will also be interning at Smith College’s Botanic Garden. Emily will be working in the Giving Garden.
