Contact Juju
Juju Carpenter (she/her) first joined the organization in 2023. Originally from Florence, she values how her work grounds her in the landscape, food system, and community of Western Massachusetts. She believes meaningful change starts locally, and that agriculture often sits at the intersection of social, environmental, and economic justice. As Grow Food Northampton’s Communications and Food Access Manager, Juju works to engage the broader community through storytelling, outreach, and inclusive programming that connects people to local food and to one another.
