At Justamere Tree Farm we produce pure artisanal maple syrup products in the Berkshire Hills of Western Massachusetts. Our sustainable sugaring operation is wood-fired, energy efficient, and solar-powered. The evaporator, which we use to boil down the sap into syrup, is fueled with only locally harvested trees generated by maintenance in our sugarbush. In all that we do, we seek to manage the forest in a way that sustains it and our future as sugarmakers.
