1 cup pistachios
1 bunch garlic scapes
1 bunch cilantro
Juice of 3 limes
1/2 cup olive oil
1 jalapeno (optional)


Puree in cuisinart. Add water if necessary for texture.
Great alternative for nacho dipping! Or add some sour cream to make a fun enchilada sauce!
