1 head of cauliflower, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Spread out the cauliflower on a baking tray.
Drizzle the cauliflower with a bit of each of the three oils – this can depend on your flavor preference. For example, you can add 2 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp sesame oil and 1/4-1/2 tsp chili oil. Stir the cauliflower, so that it is well coated in oil, and add salt and pepper.
Bake at 450 °F until crispy, browned and soft enough to stick a fork through it easily – about 15 minutes. Halfway through, take the pan out of the oven and stir it.
