Ingredients:

2 cups white beans
3 garlic scapes
1/2 cup olive oil
Juice of 1 large lemon
1 tbsp truffle oil
Crushed red pepper
Salt

Instructions:

Puree in cuisinart. Add water as necessary for texture. This freezes really well and is a nice treat in winter.
