Tuesday Market 7/3/18

There’s no denying it, it’s HOT! With the Triple H weather settling over the valley, we’re all moving slow but work continues on the farm! There are harvests to pick, wash and pack, fall crops to plant, cows to milk, irrigation needs and so much more. Show our farmers some love this week!
It’s going to be lovely as ever at market! Park Hill Orchard returns. Taproot Threads will be back again. Eli Catlin will be back playing his beautiful music. Need an idea for an easy hot summer dinner? Try the fish pâté at BerkShore! Paired with some bread and cucumbers and dinner is done.
We are still in need of bags for our Bag Share! Thank you to the several people who donated some last week. Please return ones  you’ve borrowed or consider donating any extra you have at home. Thank you!

Park Hill Orchard joins the market this week. They’ll have red and black raspberries, blueberries, a few tart cherries, and lots of cider slushy! They’ll be at the market every week with fruit for the rest of the season.
Congratulations to Old Friends Farm on their 15th Anniversary! Be sure to grab a love note from them, to you, to celebrate!
Strawberry Fields Forever! Botanica has captured the last of the local organic strawberries from Red Fire Farm in a raw honey syrup using Red Barn Honey and rosemary from Crabapple Farm, mixed with Botanica-grown rhubarb shrub (drinking vinegar) for a most refreshing and hydrating drink!  As always the Lavender Honey Lemonade will also be available!
