Tuesday Market 9/27 Fall is Here! 1:30-6:30

Hi Tuesday Market Friends-
Happy Fall! We clearly made the transition to Autumn in the Valley over the last week. Take your first fall stroll through Tuesday Market this week and inspire yourself! Celtic music will be in the air, performed by Susan Lincoln and Barbara Russell throughout the afternoon. Your farmers and food-makers will be aiming to impress you as always.
Ginger time at Old Friends Farm. Ready to eat now and also freezes amazingly well. Grate it all winter!
One of our full-time vendors and favorite people, Hannah Jacobson-Hardy of Sweet Birch Herbals is excited to announce that her deliciousFull Moon Ghee is now available in two local stores: River Valley Co-op and Cornucopia Foods. To meet the rising demand for local ghee in our community, she needs to expand production into a larger kitchen and purchase bulk qualities of butter and jars. Last weekend, she launched a Kickstarter campaign to support this big leap and she needs our help. Check out the short video and share widely on Facebook if you want to back this project. Learn more at fullmoonghee.com.
Hosta Hill will be at market this week. Sample some kimchi or sauerkraut. Sweet Spoken will also be at market with their bike bakery and Devon from Beaumont’s Berries will be bringing jam (and her new puppy!).
Mary Lauren Fraser will be back with us this week, selling her hand-woven baskets and sharing information about green burial services. Mary’s baskets make lovely holiday gifts!
The specialty pizza at Laughing Tomato looks delicious this week: Roasted garlic spread with layers of maple roasted sweet potatoes, blanketed with kale, red onions and goat cheese! Follow them on Facebook to get the inside scoop on weekly specials.
