This week starts our 6-week Tuesday Market Summer Chef Series! Each week for 6 weeks market-goers can enjoy a cooking demonstration using ingredients from around the farmers’ market, prepared by a talented and well-known lineup of local chefs. The demonstrations will be at 5pm each week. Many of our guest chefs are cookbook authors. Their books will be available for sale at the market tent and the chefs will be available to sign books after the demo.
Many varieties of wild mushrooms have begun popping up in our area. Here’s Paul from New England Wild Edibles proudly sharing these enormous foraged mushrooms! A super tall parasol mushroom and a 7.5 lb puffball mushroom!
