Tuesday Market- July 17, 2018!

This is the perfect week for a market salad! Make enough to share or have for several meals! Choose greens from many farms, all around the market, maybe a few carrots, some cherry tomatoes and scallions…Sample many different cheeses before picking the right one…Need some protein? Check out BerkShore for the freshest fish you could find in the Valley, or get eggs from Wingate, Crabapple or Hart Farm…Finish it off with some fresh garlic and herbs for a fresh vinaigrette

Bulb garlic has arrived to the market!
Tomatoes have flooded the market! Find every color in the rainbow, many varieties from cherry to hearty heirlooms. What’s your favorite way to eat tomatoes? Salsa? Tomato sandwiches? In salad? Or just with some salt and pepper?
Good Times in the Garden! This Saturday! Bring the kids for songs, stories and crafts in the garden with Grow Food Northampton at the community garden!

This workshop is free & open to the public. It will be aimed towards kids under 10. Parents should stay with their children for the duration of the workshop. We will meet at the entrance of the Community Gardens at 10:30am. Please bring a blanket or something to sit on!
