Tuesday Market- November 6, 2018

Happy November, market friend! We are down to 2 Tuesday Markets for the year. You were there when we opened in the chilly spring air, through the summer with 100º+ days, during rain and sun and the rainbows in between. When you come to the last markets, you can experience late fall, early darkness and crisp air.
It’s a privilege to set up the market each week for you and to feel the way that all things change with the seasons. Hope to see you there!

Crabapple Farm has some lovely tiny plants available for sale. Perfect for a terrarium for a gift or for yourself!
Root vegetables and  squash are the stars at our farmers stands right now. A great way to use them is to chop them into rough chunks, drizzle with oil and salt and roast them at 400º until they’re soft and slightly browned. Keep them in the fridge to use for the next few days on salads, in sandwiches, inside an omelette or as a side dish!
Need a little spice in your life? Hot peppers can still be found at the market. Hang them to dry for use throughout the winter!
