Tuesday Market- September 18, 2018!

It looks like we will have a wet start for this week’s Tuesday Market with the possibility of the skies clearing later in the afternoon. Our final week of the Summer Chef Series is scheduled for 5pm with Mary Reilly cooking for us. Mary was featured in last year’s Chef Series and is the Publisher or Edible Pioneer Valley. She is planning to prepare Shakshuka. Watch and learn and then try it!
While the market is rain-or-shine, if it’s a washout around 5pm, the demo will be cancelled. You can follow us on Facebook and Instagram to catch any last-minute announcements.
The Summer Chef Series is sponsored by The Lisa Ekus Group, River Valley Coop, Easthampton Savings Bank and audio is provided by Mill River Music and Guitar Shop

Did you know that Full Moon Ghee has an educational blog with recipes and suggestions for how to cook with ghee? A few of the latest posts are about Baking with Ghee, Turmeric Lattes, Healthy Grain Bowls, and how Ghee Improves Gut Health. Check it out at: http://fullmoonghee.com/blog/
Park Hill Orchard now has their own applesauce for sale at the market!
Our Bag Share has gotten very popular this year! While we’re happy to offer a bag to anyone who needs one, most don’t find their way back to the market. If you have any of our bags, please return them and if you have any other reusable bags collecting dust, we would happily take them to add to our bag stash!
